The "Delle Alpi" stadium, or "Stadium of the Alps", was built for the 1990 World Cup in Italy. It is the coolest stadium I have seen in Italy so far, compared among others to the "Stadio Olympico" in Rome (Lazio & Roma) and "San Siro" in Milan (Inter & Milan).

Unfortunately, it does not seem to be a very good stadium for soccer, as it also includes running tracks along the pitch. Another thing is that the matches at Delle Alpi attract very few spectators lately.

The stadium is owned by the city of Torino, and Juventus is now planning on building a stadium that would be the club's own property. Let's hope it will look as cool as Delle Alpi!
